EID EL ADHA IN KALMA AND OTASH IDP CAMPS IN DARFUR - JANUARY 2006 Nyala, Darfur, Sudan; January 10, 2006. During the festival of Eid el Adha, the Islam days of atonement, the Sudanese government donated cattle to be slaughtered at the IDP camp in Kalma, and sheep for the smaller IDP camp at Otash. Kalma with about 100,000 IDP's received about 100 heads of cattle and Otash with about 20,000; about 40 sheep.
