Aden, Yemen. November 13th, 2007 - Nass Abdee and father Mohamed Ibrahim Abdee show their 9 month old baby Fatima who was born with an enlarged head. They have no recourse for treatment, being among many Somali refugees in the Basateen district of Aden, Yemen.
